Child Care Costs if Custodial Parent is Not Using Child Care

Oh, and she can't get an upwards modification when his income hasn't increased. In fact, he has less overtime than when she filed. He does have a second job, nut in the state of Florida she can't use that in calculation of child support. I found the exact law and saved it.

Karma, etc. doesnt really pertain to me. I'm not the least bit religious.

As far as the order, it was in the court at the end of 2010. Started coming out of his check in January 2011. She got knocked up w/ another bastard kid that month and never went back to work, hence no daycare.
