Default Employer is Stalling on Paying Worker's Comp Despite Court Ruling

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Michigan
I was injured June 1986, Have had to go to court twice now on this case. Have two judgements. The order came down over a year ago for the comp company to pay my helpers, bills and myself. Am receiving my weekly checks. There first attorney quit the case, the new one has been stalling. They asked for a redemption hearing, Now a new date is being asked for. How long can they keep getting away with not paying me. Can I file a complaint to someone higher then the workers compensation Judge? I figure he has to be tired of this case as well. Thank you in advance.

yes you can file a complaint

but the board of magistrates retains jurisdiction and authority over comp issue.
you can file for a penalty but you can not stop the court from holding a hearing on the evidence and rendering a decision.
