If some one signed a Bail Bond Agreement for a friend or relative and they just missed a court date. What should he do?

Default Re: Travel While Out on Bail

Get in touch with that someone and tell them to get their butt back to the court. If the person, based on your other posts, was ROR'd...he should feel lucky that the only thing he is likely to deal with is law enforcement hounding him about the fugitive's whereabouts. Had he signed a property/cash bond, he would be kissing said property/cash good-bye.
