Default Can a Power of Attorney Agent Conceal His Actions

My question involves a power of attorney in the state of: Wyoming
If the spouse has used a P.O.A. to convert probate assets (certificates of deposit) into non-probate assets, unknowingly by the husband, would that be a breach of trust?

Default Re: Can a Power of Attorney Agent Conceal His Actions

If a spouse has issued a power of attorney to the other spouse, and believes it is being abused, the spouse can revoke the power of attorney.

If a spouse believes that something untoward has occurred with his or her assets, he or she can investigate the status of those assets.

    What's the actual issue here?
