Default My Ex-Boyfriend Still Owes Me Money

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Nevada

After a break-up with my boyfriend of six years, we decided to split the bills. However, since he had bad credit most of the debt was in my name, yet he was an authorized user on those accounts. We entered into a contractual agreement, signed by both parties and modified it over the years (debt repayment plan).

He has decided he is not going to continue to pay (after making payments for a few years). I have signed contracts and emails stating the debt was "ours" and that he was paying his fair share.

Does he have a chance of winning in Small Claims Court with the evidence I have e.g. emails and contracts?

If you can prove by a preponderance of the evidence that your ex- owes you money and the amount your ex- owes, you can get a judgment in that amount. If the court does not find that you met your burden of proof, the court can deny the relief you request in whole or (if some claims are substantiated) in part.
