My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: California
I had a contract from 5/2010. It was a year contract. After that it went month to month.
My card has been billed auto. I finished my contract 5/11.
I have 400.00 in prepaid services after the end of my contract.
They are refusing to return my money. I am unable to use the services do to a medical condition.
Is there something I can do?
