Default How to Prevent Unauthorized Distribution from a Structured Settlement

My question involves civil rights in the State of:

I have been working with JGW on getting some money from my structured settlement, and i had the information sent to my boyfriends house. It took a week for me to get the paperwork from him. I think something has been done with the paperwork. I called JGW and tried to verify that NO paperwork has been processed.. My first question is can my boyfriend process the paperwork without me? He can make fake ID's is something i know he can do. What can i do to prove he has taken and processed the information?

So i called my Insurance company where my money is held. They have repeated told me my money is there, i need help on the legal ways structured settlements work. Like if JG Wentworth was to take my money without me knowing how would that change the balance with my structured settlement company? Also do i have to have my payee be present? I need help. If anyone can give me some help i would greatly greatly appreciate it.

Is it possible that your boyfriend forged paperwork of some sort to do something, and filed it with somebody? As they say, anything is possible. What can you do to prove that your boyfriend did something that he denies doing, that you have no evidence of him doing, and that no third party can find evidence of him doing? Um... until there's some evidence that he did something, it's not even clear why you're worrying.

If you don't want your structured settlement company to make disbursements through JGW, tell them that you're no longer working with JGW and they should not disburse any money through JGW; tell JGW that you're no longer working with them and that they should not request any money from your annuity company. Do it in writing and keep copies.

If my structured settlement company say that my money is safe? should that be enough? should that put my mind at ease? I'm 19 and don't have parents to help explain how a structured settlement works. Is it like a bank account in a away?

    1. If i sell money from my structured settlement would it say $ 000,000, or does the money stay with the company that holds it til its time for it to be released at date it was set up in the beginning?
    2. There hasn't been a court order sent them.. but does JGW even need a court order?
