Accused of Not Being at Work

So, I accidently looked at the wrong schedule one day and didn't show up to work. I had got written up which is fair and admitted my fault. Note I have 2 supervisors. Overtime my 1st supervisor who wrote me up hyped the write up saying I said I forgot i was suppose to work which started all this mess. He started acting funny (taking log sheets, extra spot checks, calling to make sure im at work since I work alone). only fair right? well meanwhile my 2nd supervisor calls me and shows me emails of the plans all the big bosses have for me. They are conducting an investigation if I have missed any other days, my consequence is a one week suspension, and plan to take the money back of any days I have gone missing. They have this system where we punch in, tracks our movement, and out times. Apparently the system states that I have been leaving early. And the investigation has ended. Now there is talk of me being fired. I have plenty witness of residents and elders who see me after the time my employer says I have been leaving. As well as the site we secure, has cameras. Can they still fire me If I prove my innocence? conduct my own investigation and get written statements from these people?
I have surgery coming up and my request for leave has been denied right after all this drama. Meaning if I go to that surgery I will be fired. I surely let them know ahead of time and it is well possible of finding a replacement for my site. if I get fired do I have a case. I love this job, and my entire life depends on this job. I will lose everything. im stressing about the outcome. already in a way preparing myself financially if I lose this job.
