Can a High School Student Get Tax Credits for an Apartment

I'm trying to find an apartment to rent but the one I want to rent from gets tax credits from the government. As such, they have regulations on who can live in the apartments. One of their rules is that one of the people on the lease must not be a full time student. I just finished my junior year and am planning on not going back to regular high school. Would I still be considered a full time student for the rest of this year? Also, I would like to do some high school courses online so that I can still work towards my diploma. How would I do that without being considered a full time student?

If you were a full time student for ANY 5 months of the current calendar year, the household would not qualify for tax credits until the following year. College and/or high school classes taken on line would count.
