Locked Out of Storage Unit

My question involves an eviction in the state of: CA

I leased a storage in Mc Kee of San Jose, CA from June 4 2012
5 X 6 FOR $20.49 A MONTH.
THEY WANT ME TO PAY 2 MONTHS TO HAVE A SPECIAL RATE, SO I PAY CASH AS REQUIRED: $42.45, before i moved in.

I've received a call said I am late my payments on July 14 2012
My husband comes to the office and sign a check, however, the guy working there said: IT WAS COMPUTER SOFTWARE MISTAKE, so wait until: August 1 2012 to pay my rent: $20.49 (Drop in the mail box)

On July 17, i came to pick a couple of things in the storage, they LOCK MY STORAGE AND SAID I HAVE TO PAY 36.07 FOR LATE RENT.

I've explained: I've paid 2 months in advance as request, and now is July 17 2012, it mean less than 2 MONTHS, I AM NOT LATE AT ALL

the Owner or Manager, insulted me with a very Bad Rude languages, ( **** you asian, no speak english, and get out of my office), My husband told him quietly, that we had Camera, and his son, and his worker (3 persons ) were there.
but he kept Insult me an Asian Woman.
He locked my Storage, and left a Notice, even it's only 1 month and 15 days.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS CIRCUMSTANCE, I'D REALLY APPRECIATED YOUR GREAT HELP, I BELIEVED THAT WE'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING.
PLEASE HELP, THIS IS A SERIOUS DISCRIMINATION, THANKS LOT.

You have a written lease and proof of payment, correct? You demonstrate that your rent is defined by your lease at $20.49, provide proof of payment of all rent due, and ask that they restore access to your unit. If they do not do so, either allowing you to continue your lease per its terms or allowing you to remove your belongings, you should promptly file a lawsuit - well in advance of any effort they might make to clean out or sell the contents of your storage unit.

Beyond that, what do you want to do?
