My question involves a child custody case from the State of: MD

HELP! I had custody of my almost 3 yr old daughter taken from me by my witch of an ''ex'' mother in law. She has had custody of my baby for almost 2years. I am stable now, I am seeking a divorce from my husband, who happens to live with his mom. He gets to see Hannah whenever he wants to, I don't. Not fair! The agreement was, I was supposed to call her, she was supposed to let me see my baby when I called to say I wanted to visit. I have gotten to see my baby, but, that was only after I raised hell and threatened to take her to court for contempt. Long story short, my baby is in a bad environment. I am in a stable, steady, good place and I want to know how I can get custody of my daughter. I have not been proven unfit. Also, I am living with my parents, who have custody of my oldest daughter, so their house is already approved to be a home for my children. What should I tell the judge? Also with that your parents also have custody of your other child. Why would the courts give you the three year old back while your other child is in the custody of someone else as well. It shows that there has been a period of instability if you have 2 children and custody of neither. If his parents have her it shows that his parents home is also an approved home for your children.

Like Doggie says you need an attorney. While trying to get one it wouldnt hurt to get parenting classes and regular visitation with your children.
