My question involves criminal law for the state of: The World

I was on this online forum where this guy was talking about having a foresome with his girl. Someone went to his profile and found that his twitter was attached with it.So they posted can they join in on foresome with girl and gave them a link to forum.Guy rights another thread saying we depressed her. They go ham on her pictures and all the stupid tweets she has . Its very cruel and anyone who read it would break down. Can they go to jail for it. Its a forum with people around the world tbh.
