    Default Establishing Paternity to Get Child Support

    My question involves child support in the State of: Ohio
    In Ohio I know paternity has to be established to file for child support. Does it have to be established through CSEA or is the father signing an acknowledgement of paternity enough?

    Once paternity is legally established, it's legally established. Afterward dad can seek visitation and custody rights, and mom can seek support
