Hello I met a friend and she is married to an American for 20 years after running away from her country in Philippines with forced marriage by a drug pusher who threatens her life and her children's life.
Now the American husband works abroad.
My friend already has green card and living with her American children. Now the problem started because her own mother is making trouble with her blackmailing with Extortion to betray her marriage with the drug pusher.
Fortunately, the first husband was already behind bars for life time as he was captured by Anti Ilegal Unit for a bunch of methamphetamine recently.
As a US residence, can her mother's betrayal to file a case against her proper in the US territory?

She doesn't have computer and not use to doing this website searching stuff, she doesn't even have Facebook as she don't know how because of not having computer. I don't even know how to start a new thread here so I can help her! I only talk to her when I visit her. Thanks a lot!

She is now on processed of her passport and just waiting for it to arrived and she will go to Philippines ASAP as she has to face her mother to file a case of extortion and obstruction of justice as she is cooperating with the killers of my friend son to stop my friend to file the murder case against the killers of her son. Would she still be deported if she has US passport and no longer Philippines citizen?

Everything after "extortion" is awfully garbled.

Citizenship gained by way of fraud can be yanked, if that's what you're asking. I wouldn't put the cart in front of the horse by way of pondering deportation unless and until a U.S. authority ever discovers that she committed fraud in her path to citizenship. Naturally, she'd discuss that with a U.S. immigration attorney if need be.
