    Default Claiming Against the Executor

I am about to embark on a small claim (5k) although in reality i feel the outstanding debt is more like 9K, after the executor stiched me up on my inheritance, he has retired (65 in the uk) says he had moved abroad to spain recently, & as far as i can see all his visable assets is his sports car next to the retirees flat (rented) he has evidently kept in the u.k for whenever he comes back here for visits etc..
The judgment is a fait accompli ,in the sence i know i will win, but can a judge have an order to seize the car / clamp it / prevent him from changing the owner , etc to force him to settle if i explain the circumstances .. Thank you for your replies

Default Re: Claiming Against the Executor

If this is a U.K. legal matter, you need to consult a U.K. forum or solicitor - as you were told when you posted, this is a U.S. forum.
