Default Temporary Guardianship for Almost Five Years ,and No Visitation

My question involves guardianship in the State of: Georgia
So im currently deployed to Helmand Province Afganistan a Marine Infantry Battalion , my oldest daughter is currently living with my ex wifes parents since late 2007 , i filed for a temporary gaurdianship order at the time because as a single dad i couldnt take care of her my self, my ex wife has hardly anything to do with her or our 2nd daughter, im am currently remarried and have my third girl on the way, i have full custody of my youngest daughter and , i have a step son and a little one on the way, i was informed i could not take my oldest daughter anywhere and she could not visit, they have tried to push me out of her life, i have a probono lawyetr who dose nothing and i cant seem to get a court date, now the ex in-laws want full custody of her and want me to pay them child support, i have been screwed for four years and i want to get my daughter back when i get home , what can i do, can they really keep her from me and me have no visitation? the order says nothing about no visitation or a time the order will be nul and void"which i was lied to when i signed", please help i would like to have my whole family together for once........god bless Hm3Jackson USN

to clarify; you initiated a temp guardianship action naming the inlaws as the guardians?

So, who has legal custody of the child? Guardianship, in itself, does not control custody. It must be addressed by the court.

Is there some reason you allowed this to continue for 5 years? Is there some reason you have full custody of the sister but the child in question ended up with the grandparents?
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
