Without Prejudice Clause

If someone uses the term "without prejudice" clause in a communication however you never consented to it, are you still bound by it?

Also if someone uses this term frequently does that eventually take on a prejudicial form of communication and nullfes its purpose?

I have just under 10 emails from someone who used the term "Without Prejudice" at the beginning of the emails however I never consented to entering into a without prejudice agreement.

I am not of the impression that marking correspondence "without prejudice" will have any legal significance. You can check the laws of the state or nation where this is occurring if you want to be sure.
