My question involves an easement in the state of: Missouri
Not sure if this is the best place for this post. I live outside of town in Missouri, have lived in my home for about 23 years. About 5 to 6 years ago a private party moved some dirt around atop the county road to prevent drainage from going down the middle of the road to the ditch on the west side of the county road. Now its going down the east side of the road(there hasn't been any previous water drainage on this side of the road). Slowly over time this has created a ditch where our driveway meets the county road. right now the ditch is so bad i can't get my car out of the drive with out dragging/bottoming out. My question is, given our driveway had been fine for 18+ years (about 30 years including the previous owner) whose responsibly is it to place a culvert so we regain normal use of our driveway?
Thanks in advance.
