My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: washington


my question is i did what dol required and waited longer than was suspended for finaly was able to get my license back but when dol reinstated said i could only get conditional license since they deemed me habitual how lonbg do i get the habitual status and why am i still habitual since i havnt violated or recieved any sort dol ticket suspend anything in 5-6 years yes before i kept drivcing but i have not in over 5 years so shouldnt my habitual status be gone how can they deem me habitual still when you get insurance they cant use anything over 3 years old to calculate your premiums so how long do i have til dol doesnt deem me habitual and what do i need do to get that status off who where what do i write contact to change this matter if i can
