    Default Getting on Birth Certificate

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Washington
Ok, so i'm trying to get on my daughters birth certificate, I already filled out all the paternity papers and filed them and she agrees that i am the father of my daughter.

next week we go in front of the judge about temporary parenting plan, should i bring it up to the judge then, or do i need to fill out more papers or set up a different court date for it.

    any advice helps

    Does Mom agree formally?

Or has she said "yeah he's the father" and nothing else?

Is anyone else on the child's birth certificate?

Which papers have you filled out? Mom is willing to sign, yes?

The judge may let you submit the notarized (both of your signatures) petition, but you might find yourself needing another hearing.

With no proof of paternity, the court will generally wait until paternity is established before they'll sign off on a parenting plan.
