Lol! They do these Open Business Checks on Adult Theaters/book stores because they are, generally, regularly patronized by gay/bi men for the solicitation of adventurous and anonymous sex. They commit the acts regularly, right there in the theater and in the video booths. "Pulling it out" is an invitation to other men for...whatever. From what I understand (I have a friend who owns an adult book store with video booths) it is part of the lifestyle and adds to their excitement....

Of course, straight guys, and even couples, go there too...pretty much for the purpose of having sex in the theater or booths... The cops doing checks is a "morals" thing and can be quite productive on a friday/saturday night!
