My question involves a marriage in the state of:
Hi, I am foreign national and I've been married to American for almost 2 years. I am a permanent residents of USA and expecting to have Neutralization interview in March,2012.
I've experienced physical and verbal abuse often including kicking, pulling hair, punching, criticizing, cursing and yelling.
(Once I collapsed after continuous bitting and kicking and couldn't wake up for 30 min)
I've never thought about getting divorce but thing is getting worse and I don't have other choices but Divorce.
Since I'm not familiar with U.S. Law I don't know what thing has to be done. My husband also wants to get divorced but he is so cheap, doesn't want to pay me anything. But I think I deserve to get compensation after physical and mental suffering.
One more thing, we've never had sex after we married. I was always regected. Can it be another reason to divorce?
