My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
Hi All,
Last year, I got a speeding ticket. Police said that my speed was 75 mph and the speed limit was 55 mph. I asked for a discovery request in Dec. 2011. At the beginning, the police didn't send me any answer to the discovery request for more than 4 months. I requested a trial by written deceleration, plead not guilty, and described that the police didn't answer my discovery request so my ticket should be dismissed. The judge ordered the police to answer my discovery request and ordered me to submit my defense after receiving the discovery report. Today, I got the answer to my discovery request. I have attached all the documents here. Does anyone know if I can dismiss this ticket based on this discovery request answer?
Many Thanks,
My discovery request:
