    Default Disabled Spouse Ordered to Pay Support

    My question involves a person located in the state of:Georgia. Does a disabled person get anything from wife in or after divorce? Why should a disabled person who was supported by wife have to pay the wife out of his check each month after divorce? Shouldnt she be paying him?
