Discovery Motion in Traffic Court

My question involves traffic court in the State of: California, Los Angeles

I received a ticket : 88 MPH on a 65MPH

My court date is July 3rd, However I never filed for discovery, If i were able to successfully extend my trial for another 30days, would i be able to file discovery and receive it?



IF so,
can someone kindly how to exactly file it?
is there a template i could possibly use?
Or get an idea of how one looks like...
Who do i send it to?
what type of shipping method?

If by "another" 30 days you mean you've already received an extension, whether it be from the court, the clerk, on the phone or online, you are not likely to receive another. You will be ordered to enter a plea or sent to the clerk to request a TBD; if you refuse to enter a plea, the judge will enter a plea of "not guilty" on your behalf and you will be given your trial date.

Not sure what you're hoping to discover from discovery... There isn't much to dispute for a 22349 case! and with 23mph over the limit, you've given the officer a lot of play room...

As for the rest of your questions, you really haven't searched much at all. If you had, you'd find plenty of answers to your questions!
