yea I texted my mom the information hoping she gets back to me. I'm not bringing the police in right now she's had rough times today this would tip her over the edge with the pregnancy and pushy parents. She needs her time. Mostly my own problems are sorted out. I am expecting married and buying my first house in the fall. I'm just sorting her situation now...

my evidence would be what her friends said at the incident how she acted that day and her side of the story plus her pregnancy it's quite easy...

not really if she had to text friends to ask what all happened from having 2 shots I think that's obvious... Her pregnancy will date back to the day the day she was to intoxicated she hadn't been aware of her surrounding that's obvious imo

You can argue the point all you like. No matter how you slice it, though:

1.) Legally, this is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS
2.) EVEN IF by some quirk the grandparents are eventually found liable for child support, it will not be based on their income. Nor will it be a fast and easy process.
3.) Your sister has not won the child support lottery. She needs to get off her entitled little ass and find a job, because the court is going to expect the child to be supported by BOTH parents. Not just by the putative father (nor yet the putative grandparents); SHE is going to have to chip in a little bit there too.
4.) SHE (not you, not your parents) is the only one who has standing to do anything. And a lawsuit trying to get money out of the grandparents is going to be far, far down on the list of available options.

And that's going to be the answer no matter how long you kick and scream and stamp your feet and have your little tantrum.

not really her bd wants nothing to do with it. And child support isn't an issue. Since likely she has evidence of the incident. And plus she's not even sure about her option. Either way he gets charged... Suing is just another option... And yes it's her mother's business as she's a minor... Whether she likes it or not we've got to report it. I told her she can stay with me longer since my parents will be upset she's preg from rape but yea....

She's pregnant. All that is, is proof that they had sex. It's not proof that she was drugged, raped or anything else. And if the police think it was consensual teen sex (and honestly, despite your allegations that IS how it comes across), they're likely either going to charge BOTH of them for the crime, or neither.

SHE committed a crime too - unless she can actually prove (and her word isn't proof, nor are statements from her friends, whatever) she was drugged and/or otherwise incapable of speaking/giving consent.

Your story changed halfway through. It was the money first, and when you were told it wasn't likely to happen all of a sudden it became about rape and spiked drinks.

Hopefully your Mom won't present it the same way.

I already said she has texts of her friends who saw her that night that she was way drunk out of her mind she texted at that time she hadn't had more than 2 drinks... She was at a party that day many people saw her and thought she was so drunk she couldn't stand upright. He carried her out. That doesn't add up with the two shots. And that doesn't seem right she could at all have any valid consent. So that's enough evidence


and no it's no longer about money it's just an update on why this thread should be closed....
