My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana
I have 100% physical and legal custody of my daughter. Her dad gets supervised visitation. The supervised court paperwork reads that "either party's family can be used to do the supervised, but as BOTH parties agree. I do not want my ex's parents to be in charge of the supervised visits. Since I have full custody, how can my rights to WHO does the supervising be challenged. I am following the court paperwork to a T. I do not agree with the grandparents doing the supervision. What are my rights here?
