My husband is detained in immigration. He has been deported once in 1997 both of my parents are sick I have a2 yr old and a 4year old she have already started the process of his papers to get him legally here he has two dwi convitions and an assult conviction I know he is not the best. But my kids love thire biological father. They understand Spanish but barely speak it. Is it better for him to go back as a volntarily deprtation or is it better for him to fight?
