Default How to Get an 18-Year-Old Child Out of the Family Home

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Missouri. My nephew turns 18 in the middle of his senior year. He is violent, damages possessions, snoops through all personal papers etc, and has made death threats. Can my brother put him out of the house when he turns 18 even though he will have 4 months of high school left? The boy's mother will not take him but the boy has an adult friend he could live with.

What does the adult friend say about this?

If this young man is that violent....why hasn't anyone called the cops on him?
