Louisiana Expungment Process

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Louisiana

My father has a misdemeanor on his record from about five years back when he was at the wrong place at the wrong time, now he cannot get a job because of it. He wants to get it removed from his record, but we can't find the forms anywhere. Advice?
