    Angry Renunciation Form

My question involves estate proceedings in the state of:Tennessee:
My brother, sister & I are seeking information as to have my older brother removed as executor of my parents will. He has deceived my siblings and me on several issues and they would like for me to stand in as executor so I was trying to find out, if he signed a renunciation form, would that be all we had to do and if so, where could we obtain one.

    Default Re: Renunciation Form

You mean, if he submits a form resigning as administrator, and asking to be discharged from further duties? You would still have to petition to be his successor.
