Default Assault with intent to murder in Michigan
hi all my son is 18 at the time he was 17 5 days befor his 18th went to a party a few guys jumped this kid a 16 year old had a fake gun it was a heavy bb gun hit the kid in the head cracked his scull the kids that had apart in it said my son kicked and punched the boy y on the ground there is 2 people as a wittnes my son said it did not happan that way. well im not knowing i was not there do we take it to trial or do you think there will be a plea bargan thanks for all the help and he is out on a 10 grand 10% bond and they do not want to wave the prelim

Your son should have a criminal defense lawyer, and should be advised by his lawyer. If he cannot afford a lawyer, he should request a court-appointed lawyer.

we have one but he don't tell us much
