Exclamation Pregnant Teenager Needs to Be Emancipated

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arkansas

I am 17 years old and im 23 weeks pregnant. 7 months ago, in Virginia, my aunt kicked me out of her house and left me to the streets. I havent contacted her since then. My sister has tried but my aunt does not reply to anything.
    Both my parents are deceased.

I now live in Arkansas with my biological sister and her family (i came here by bus), who all i met at age 9.
We just moved here from Colorado.

I have not seen a doctor for almost 2 months. I'm applying for medicaid along with a few others but because i am not emancipated according to the state of Arkansas, which wants court papers i cannot obtain, i am being put onto my sister's adopted mom's "case" (whatever that means) and her retirement income might disqualify me for some of the programs i NEED.
What kind of court papers would i need to become emancipated and is there anything else i can do if what is suggested can not be done? What are my options?

did your aunt have legal custody of you? If not, who did?

As to what you would need to become emancipated, what full time job do you have where you earn enough to support yourself and your forthcoming child without any aid, as well as completing your schooling with better than average grades?

Are the same things looked at in Louisiana?
I really dont have anybody but my sister's family and i can't stay with them.
I NEED to be on my own completely. No one is on my side and i can find someone to live with long enough to get a job and i am finishing school online. Im going for my GED since i can't go back to high school.
My life is full of dark circles i cant erase and i am desperate to get away from this family. They have enough problems without me. My sister is deaf and lazy and selfish with no chance of sunshine, her boyfriend throws tantrums for any and everything and she baby's him, my sister's (adopted) mom is old and had to retire to take care of my incompetent sister's kids and has to pay all the bills to everything they own, she owns and all the food and she only gets 10 grand a month , which doesnt leave much after bills. One of the kids needs special attention because he has this touch sensory thing he was born with and is behind in school because his mind cant fit everything together and he cant focus long enough to count to 30. And out of the blue, i come. And although my sister's mom doesn't say, im jsut a big a burden to her as my sister and i need to et out of her hair, out of her house, away from this chaos of our everyday lives. I dont want my child around these kids. Medicaid will cover majority of my medical bills, WIC will cover what my son needs the first 2 years of his life and i can be eligible for food stamps if i dont live with this lady and can be emancipated.

Im desperate. I know what to for my son, for myself, but i NEED to be emancipated. I truly have no one but myself. Please, what are the requirements to be emancipcated in louisiana? Can i have my aunt send me a note saying the gives consent for me to be emancipated? She should have no problem. She hates me. Im a burden to her, i always have been. Would that be enough for consent?

Im not looking for advice, im looking for facts on how to become emancipated as soon as possible.

Given your situation, it would be very unlikely you would be emancipated. One of the most important requirements is you must be able to prove you can support yourself. Since you do not have a job and you are nearing delivery where you could not work, there is almost no chance of being able to convince the court you could provide for yourself.

Read the stickied threads. Be aware, however, that as you live in Arkansas the laws of Louisiana have no relevance to your situation.

You are a pregnant minor. The court is NOT going to emancipate you. And no, the emancipation laws in Louisiana are still of no relevance.

(May I just reiterate that as a pregnant minor, you have virtually no chance whatsoever of any court, anywhere, emancipating you? You've told the world that you need more and not less adult supervision, and the court is certainly not going to want the taxpayers to pick up the tab for you and your baby if at all possible)
