For FMLA to apply, among other things, you have to have worked for the employer for 12 months and worked at lease 1750 hours (for them) in the previous 12 months.
Washington has their own version of FMLA (the Washington Family Leave Act) but the employment requirements are the same so to wouldn't apply either.
