    Default How to File an Intervention As a 3rd Party Interest

    My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: CALIFORNIA;

    I believe CA. CCP 387 .... Right of Intervention, applies to my situation.

    I am the judgment debtor's spouse, but i can not be a party to the proceedings. because of CA. Rule of Court 5.102

    So this intervention move comes under ??? CA Rule of Court 5.106 I believe.

    How Do I "procedurally" file as a 3rd party/ spouse claimant with "unconditional" , superior rights (CCP680.190) ? What forms ?? Ex-parte ?
    My rights of property interests (exemption claims as judgment debtor spouse CCP 703.020 & 703.110) are the issues that need to be placed before the court .

    My other means to claim exemptions with the levying officer using CA. Court Form EJ-160 pursuant to CCP 703.520 were obstructed and I got no response in time frame allowed.... technically defaulting.... but levy officer refuses to apply exemptions against the money judgment for support or return property claimed exempt. Thus the need to file for a default or intervention by the courts because of the violations of my due process rights.

    The procedure for objecting to a levy on a money judgment is set forth at CCP Sec. 703.510 et seq.

    What are we talking about here? Child support arrears? Enforced by whom?
