Default TBD Taking a Long Long Time to Resolve - What to Do

My question involves traffic court in the State of California.

I pleaded Not Guilty to the charge of violating CVC 22350.

The status online on LASC says:

    Violation Date: 12/08/2011
    Initial Due Date: 01/24/2012
    Case Status: Court
    Disposition: 01/24/2012
    Last Action: All other
    Last Action/
New Appearance Date: 05/25/2012 in TBD

Its almost July and I have not heard anything since submitting my TBD on February 20, 2012.

Does it usually take this long?

Is there a timeline the courts need to reply before dismissing the case?

    Thank you.

    LOL!

I was not surprised you were going to say that.

Cool Re: TBD Taking a Long Long Time to Resolve - What to Do

I would like to say that I haven't but that would be a lie.
