How to Remove an Ex Spouse From Home After Divorce is Final

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Florida

My wife and I's divorce was final over a month ago. In the divorce the house was part of my settlement. My ex-wife moved out before the divorce was final, but recently we have been trying to work things out so she moved back in. She has been back in my house for almost two weeks. However, while I was out of town this weekend she rekindled some random romance with a guy. I returned home to find them both in my house. )I should add she has a history of verbal and physical abuse. In our former place of residence (N. Carolina) I had to call the cops for a domestic dispute where she assaulted me. I would never lay a hand on her so, i laid my hands on the cell phone and called the authorities.)

I didnt want to cause a confrontation so I had a friend come with me to grab a few of my things and we left. But now her and this guy are in my house and I want them out. What is my legal course of action to get them out? We have no written or verbal agreement as far as rent or anything ( I pay everything). And the house is mine according to our finalized divorce decree. Any help is appreciated.

You let her move back in after your divorce was final and, for reasons I cannot fathom, have chosen to move out so that she can live there with her boyfriend. If you want them out and they won't agree to leave, you will need to evict them.
