to yours? If mom agrees, sure. If not, unlikely. A judge could do any of the following:
leave it as is
change the name to mom's
change it to yours
hyphenate the name using yours and either the current name or mom's new name.
If there is disagreement, a lot of courts have gone the hyphenated route. The courts like to do what is in the best interest of the child. If there is a reason to change to any particular name or not change it, then the judge would lean towards that action.
