Yep - we can't make OP feel relief or tell him that there might not be consequences for his actions. People who do things like that SHOULD worry about what might happen to them. Either a case against him will emerge, or it won't. If any of us had that oft requested crystal ball, we'd be busy too busy touring the coast in our Maseratis somewhere on the Riviera. Hopefully it'll eat enough of a hole in his stomach worrying that he'll knock it off and move on.

Well, I AM a self-important public employee receiving a fat paycheck with bloated retirement benefits pending a lavish entry into such a lifestyle when I retire at age 50 [note dripping sarcasm] ...

In reality when I read this I was laying in bed sipping bottled water reading my iPhone with a "hot" (feverish) child (12-year-old son) snuggled on my arm who had been ill all night and into today.
