Sale of Lithium Batteries in Mississippi

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of:Mississippi My husband bought out a storage building at auction and one of the boxes was full of packs of 3 volt lithium batteries. He is an active e bayer, and planned to list them. I am worried about possible legal issues due to the laws related to items used in the manufacture of crystal meth. I have heard horror stories of common use items becoming suspect, and now am leery of these...any advice welcome! Thanks!

While they haven't risen to the federal restrictions on Psudoephedrine, some states do see to be limiting Lithium battery sales. A bigger issue for him is how he intends to ship them. You can't send them by regular air or any express carrier who might put them on a plane.
