Penalty for Marijuana Distribution, NJSA 2C:35-4

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New jersey

i just wanted know what where the sentencing guidelines for 2C:35-4 and it was only eleven of them two was dead and none of them had anything on them i have a good lawyer he's not familiar with marijuana can some help me please

Then he's not a good lawyer for YOUR situation. If you've been charged with a felony, you're looking at time in a state prison...PRISON, not jail...but prison. Having an attorney that doesn't have EXPERIENCE with grow charges isn't in YOUR best interest - not any more than having a podiatrist, who IS a doctor, doing your hip replacement surgery. Experience is everything in both medicine and law - that why those who choose those professions "practice".
