Who is a fault in an accident when 2 cars backing out of parking spaces? I had checked for all traffics and had back my "Toyota Camry" out completely of my parking stall. That when the other driver "Honda Passport" back up, I saw the reverse light and the Honda started moving. So I've stopped and honked my car horn 3 times. The other driver stop after she had backup a quarter of her car out of her parking stall and hit me. We got out and she apologized for not seeing and hearing me honking. The right rear corner of her vehicle (no damage) hit the middle of my car bumper and put a dent. It's didn't seem like a big damage at the time so I got all her informations and leave. After I got back to work and notice the damage. I called her and she showed up at my work place to discuss about the damage. She then changed her mind about admitting it her fault. So who is at fault in this accident? Thank you very much.

You and the other driver can report this to your respective insurance companies and let them hash out fault. Chances are that both will be found equally at fault.
