Speeding Ticket with Wrong Vehicle Information

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Maryland (Baltimore county)

I received a speeding ticket from a State Trooper stating that he had speed trap me doing 75 in a 55 mph on I695 Baltimore Beltway.

First of all I have 2 cars register in my name: 1999 Honda Accord (black) and 2009 Toyota Sienna (Blue).

I was driving the 09 Toyo Sienna, when I got pulled over, and I gave the Trooper my license and but the registration to the 99 Honda by mistake. The trooper didn't even verified the info and came back with a ticket less than 10 minutes. On the ticket, it listed as 1999, Honda, Sienna, Blue, and the Honda license tag instead of the toyota tag.


Is this enough to get the ticket dismissed? If yes, how should I proceed in court? If it is not enough for a dismissal?

Toyo is a tire company. Isn't it?

They don't make cars! Do they?




But really, what does the type of tire you had on whichever car matter to the possibility that you were driving at 20mph over the limit?

You should also keep in mind that the immaterial error committed by the officer occurred AFTER your committing the alleged violation. Its not a trade off!
