Default Can You Qualify for an Expungement With Multiple Convictions

My question involves criminal records for the state of: michigan

i have one traffic felony, a minor in possession, a careless driving, and a noise violation. My reading of the statute shows that a felony and a misdemeanor together would not prevent my felony being expunged as long as the careless and noise violation dont count. My understanding is that these two are classified as civil infractions, so do i still qualify for expungement of the felony in a few years?

Civil infractions are not crimes. Criminal traffic offenses cannot be expunged. A noise violation may be civil or it may be a misdemeanor - we would have no way of determining that for you. You have not told us whether your MIP was resolved in juvenile court or as an adult criminal matter.
