Default Is it Better to File for Divorce Before Your Spouse Does

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Michigan
I was wondering if it is better to file first or does it not matter?

Default Re: Is It Better to File First

In most cases it won't matter. In some cases, waiting for the other party to file is like waiting for Godot - and if you want a divorce you need to do it yourself.
