Post Rights of Owners in a HOA

My question involves a condominium located in the State of: California.
I own a condominium in a building which has an HOA.
    My question.
Can ANY owner lease to Section 8 renters without the approval of the Home Owners Association?

Default Re: Rights of Owners in a HOA

If there's nothing in the contract between the HOA and the condo owner that prevents renting, or if there is but the condo owner is in full compliance with the governing rules, then the condo owner may rent the premises.
