    Default Re-Entry with Dream Act

I was deported at the age of 25 in 2009 for not leaving the usa a country I had lived in for 17 years oh I was deported for not obeying a voluntary departure given to my family when I was 14 in 1998. Now in my country and have a reentry bar of 10 years it is 2012 and my mother and sister and brother are in the usa my siblings are citizens and my mom they allowed to stay. They deported me and my pops.
I am studying and about to be a 3rd year architecture student do I have any shot of coming back due to Obama's dream act? Can I at least use it as a waiver for my 10 year bar any thoughts? Cheers

The DREAM Act has not yet been passed into law, and in the current political climate, probably won't be any time soon.

That said, since you were removed as a minor, you did not accrue illegal presence, and should not be subject to the 10 year bar. Speak with a local immigration attorney to get a better grasp of the options available to you.

She accrued unlawful presence from the age of 18 through the age of 25, when she was deported, so there is a ten year bar from that overstay.

Nope, still no DREAM Act, and once again, doesn't look like there will be any time soon.

And since I apparently misread your initial post, no, you're subject to the 10 year ban.
