Default Impact of Getting Divorced After Visa Has Expired

What if ny ramifications are there for my wife from Brasil wanting a divorce after only 1 month of marriage! We met in april. Married 14th of May. Her passport is good. But her tourist visa expired the 29th of may! She told me the 12th of June she wants an annullment and that she has the papers and all we have to do is both sign and turn back in to the court. This marriage was in Texas and I live in Illinois. She refused to move in with me after being married!
Since her visa is expired will she be deported and never let back in to the United States? Will she even be allowed to leave? I feel she might have been trying to get a marriage based green card! So with an annulment will she be able to remarry and get by the system?!
Also, is there any legal ramifications to me?? Please!!?? I can use all the advice available!q thnx

Default Re: Getting Divorced After Visa Has Expired-Ramifications

I'm curious as to under what basis is the annulment being sought? An annulment is only available under certain certain circumstances and so far, you have not listed a legally valid reason one would be granted.
I am not an attorney and any advice is not to be construed as legal advice. You might even want to ignore my advice. Actually, there are plenty of real attorneys that you might want to ignore as well.
