    Default False Reporting to Police

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana
I have been very depressed lately for several reasons, and I guess as an attention getter I made up a story I was attacked at a local store,of course when police reviewed tapes they found out I lied.I was arrested and now facing charges. The last time I was ever in trouble with the law was over 10 years ago and has since been closed and it was not this type of crime either. I have severe panic attacks as well . I guess my real question here is if I am willing to get therepy and do anything from house arrest to community service will I have to serve time in jail?
