Coming Back into the States (U.S. Citizen)

Hello,

Living in Mexico for the past 4yrs (illegal) and want to return to USA. I have no photo identification with me (all lost or stolen) I do have my original birth certificate (soiled) and a photo copy of an old expired ID card. I have a criminal record in the USA from 19yrs ago (which I violated my parole)

If I get myself to the boarder....
1. will the mexico side let me pass through
2. will the USA let me in?
3. How can I prove I am a US Citizen with no passport or original photo ID?
